Clan map: get ready for Clan War

• Your clan map is now the place to set up your defence: buildings follow the clan layout right away, and you can move them by holding.
• The Clan War button is right on the clan map, and during a war «Back» takes you to the war map.
• Clan layouts work like settlement layouts: choose the main one or copy your settlement layout into the clan one.
• Editing the clan map no longer moves buildings in your settlement.
• The «Save» button in the oasis editor works again, and a rotated building stays rotated on every map.
• Action buttons now show a loading ring and can't be pressed twice.
• «Hire» in the architects and scientists windows opens the right shop section at once.
