Terms Of Use
Present User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) regulates the relationship between AgeGame LLC (hereinafter referred to as AgeGame) and the Game User (hereinafter referred to as User).
CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS BEFORE USING THE PROJECT OR ANY OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THIS PROJECT, SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE THE PROJECT IN ANY WAY FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND SCOPE.
1.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the AgeGame Services in any way, you accept these Terms and the privacy Policy. These Terms are effective from the date of acceptance until terminated by you or AgeGame in accordance with these terms.
If it is prohibited for You (the User) to receive any online gaming services in accordance with the laws of Your state or there are other legal restrictions, including the case when this online game is being considered as a gambling type of game according to the applicable rules of Your local legislation and as a consequence is prohibited in the territory of Your state, You are not entitled to use the Game or certain services in the Game, and agree to immediately stop using the Game or such services in the Game.
2.PROJECT RULES
The compliance of these Terms, Privacy Policy and any other published agreements of AgeGame is mandatory for all Users when using the Project. AgeGame may at any time limit the User's access to the Project and / or Services in case of violation of the terms, Privacy Policy and any other published agreements of AgeGame.
3.RULE OF CONDUCT
Access to the Project and permission to play the Game are subject to proper conduct. Age Game prohibits the following behavior:
3.1.The use of profanity and /or abuse of other users. Under profanity we consider a veiled obscenities, curse words and phrases that are written with grammatical errors, replacing of symbols, splitting or deleting characters. It is also prohibited to use rude and abusive expressions that go beyond cultural communication. It is forbidden to threaten users, the AgeGame or others. The administration reserves the right to give its own final linguistic assessment of the compliance of any phrases and words with this paragraph of the rules;
3.2.Inciting discord on racial, national, religious, sexual, political or other grounds. The administration reserves the right to give its own final linguistic assessment of the compliance of any phrases and words with this paragraph of the rules;
3.3.It is forbidden to create the names of settlements, communities and organizations of players and any other insignia indicating belonging to the Administration; containing obscene language; insulting other players, containing the names of politicians, as well as containing advertising of third-party resources. The administration reserves the right to give its own final linguistic assessment of the compliance of any phrases and words with this paragraph of the rules;
3.4.It is forbidden to use the messages containing advertising of third-party resources in the game process, in General channels and communication services, informing several Players at the same time -as well as discussion of these resources in all communication services. The administration reserves the right to give its own final linguistic assessment of the compliance of any phrases and words with this paragraph of the rules;
3.5.Providing access to the Account to third parties, sale, exchange,donation, as well as any other use of the Account not related to the direct use of the Project and/or Services by the respective user.
3.6.Acquisition of project elements, project achievements, in-projectvalues, virtual objects and other elements of the project And / or Services, in violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy and any other agreements published by the AgeGame;
3.7.Distribution and / or disclosure of any personal data (including those obtained by fraud or extortion), including data of third parties without their consent and / or in violation of the Privacy Policy, including home addresses, phone numbers, passport data, aswell as logins and passwords of accounts or e-mail;
3.8.Posting false information about the Project/ or Services, AgeGame, users and other persons, as well as posting information of any nature for the purpose of fraud and access to Accounts and personal data of other Users;
3.9.Placement of materials of erotic and pornographic nature or links tosuch materials, and materials that promote drugs and alcohol, orlinks to such materials;
3.10.Placing threats, calls for violence and illegal actions in the Project.
3.11.Placing the materials in the Project that would contain elements of violence, cruelty, racial, ethnic or interreligious discord, as wellas the links to such materials.
3.12.Placing in the Project any other information that is undesirable in the opinion of the Administration, violates morality and ethics andviolates applicable Law.
3.13.Using bugs, defects of the game in self-serving personal interests to obtain a personal advantage, as well as the use of third-party software when using the Services, including but not limited to:hacking, fraud, the use of robot programs or bots and/or change the gameplay, the use of codes and/or methods that provide the user with an unreasonable advantage. As well as the dissemination of information about such opportunities.
3.14.Placement of any advertising messages, virtual objects, assistance inthe development of characters and Accounts, links to externalInternet resources, as well as mass and/or repeated distribution ofsimilar messages. Discussion and mention of other projects and / orgames is not allowed;
3.15.Dissemination of false information about the fact of cooperation with AgeGame, including work on the development of the Project and/or Services, moderation of users ' communication, as well as dissemination of information about ways of harming, vulnerabilities of the Project and/or Services, AgeGame sites, as well asconfidential information about the Services and plans for their development. Confidential information includes any information which has not been published by AgeGame as official news.
3.16.Provoking users to violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy and anyother published AgeGame agreements. AgeGame reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services inwhole or in part, with prior notice and, if absolutely necessary,without prior notice. You agree that AgeGame shall not be liable for any modification, suspension of access to the Project or discontinuance of the Services.The rules above apply both directly to the use of the Service and to allrelated services, including but not limited to: specialized forums and social media fan groups.
Any use of the Service in violation of these limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your license and may subject you to liability for violations of law. Agegame reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers tobe in violation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intentor spirit of these Terms of Use or the Service itself. In the event of a breach of any of the above, Agegae will decide at its solediscretion what actions, if any, it will take, including terminating your Account, prohibiting you from using the Service and/or informing the appropriate authorities.
4.EXCLUSIVE RIGHT
The exclusive rights to the intellectual property of the Project belongto AgeGame. All rights reserved.The copyrights to the Materials placed in the Project by the Users belong to the Users who created them or to other legal owners. Any use of the exclusive rights contained in the Project in whole or inpart without the prior written permission of AgeGame is strictly prohibited, unless AgeGame has expressly consented to the free use ofthe material by others.
5.NO WARRANTIES
The project, the Game is provided with all possible defects and without any warranty. You assume the risk of using and accessing the Project and participating in the Game.We reserve the right, if necessary, to suspend the access to the project or any Part thereof on a regular, scheduled basis or otherwise, withor without notice, for maintenance or update purposes. AgeGame makes no strict or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AgeGame does not guarantee the absence of interference with your leisure time by participating in the Game. AgeGame does not guarantee continuous communication and the lack oferrors in the operation of the Service under your access to the Service and does not guarantee compatibility of the Service with software and hardware of your computer. AgeGame is committed to ensuring that the Service is as reliable as possibleand does not guarantee that the Service will be available at alltimes or that the Service will not be unavailable during the game. The service may become unavailable for a number of reasons, including, without limitation, during maintenance of the Service, during the installation of updates, as a result of accidents, equipment failure or communication lines. You agree that AgeGame will not be liable for any suspension of the Service or any part thereof in connection with the situations described or not described above. You also agree that in the event of availability of the Service with or without prior notice, you will not have any claims against AgeGame and Its employees and will not seek compensation for any losses incurred in connection with the unavailability of the Service.
6.OTHER PROVISIONS
The AgeGame may, at its sole discretion, modify or supplement this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect after they are published. We recommend that you regularly review the Terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of the Terms or use of the Services after the date of publication constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Service. If the AgeGame is unable to provide the Services as a result of force majeure, it will not be considered a breach of any of its obligations towards you under these Terms.You agree that AgeGame has the right to send you informational messages in order to inform you about the work of the Project.
START USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER USE OF THE PROJECT MEANS UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION OF THE GUARANTEES FROM THE SIDE OF THE USER CONCERNING PRESENT PROVISIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT.
